    This
    is a set of
    Six
    vintage Japanese netted glass floats approximately 3 inches in diameter that are sequentially numbered in circles.
    There is a nice
    variety
    of colors and and textures.
    These are #89 thru #94 in Walt Pich's book. It's hard to put together a whole set that are in sequence but here they are. The floats in the pictures are the actual floats you are bidding on. Some have Kanji marks embossed in the seal.

    t I personally beach combed from Alaska
    n beaches
    .  Some have been exposed to the elements for years and some which are brighter were buried in the sand for years and later washed out and exposed because of storms. They were used in the foreign high seas drift net fishery prior to the early 1970's.
