Colin Winstanley blackwood bagpipe chanter

Description

Colin Winstanley blackwood bagpipe chanter.  I bought this chanter used many years ago as is.  It has seen little to no use and was kept as a collectors piece.  The upper hand G and A have been carved and it has a small imitation ivory sole.  Just above the sole it is stamped C. Winstanley St Annes. The chanter is in great condition other than the carvings but I could not tell you how it tunes.  I have not played in many years now and selling to thin out some of the collection of things I have gathered over the years.   This item is sold as is as seen in the pictures.
