Vintage 1930s Rene Dumont/Chedeville, France Alto saxophone mouthpiece refaced and voiced by Vytas Krass. (krassmouthpieces.hostei.com). "Vintage Series" 6M "NY" facing. Warm vintage sound with solid projection. Original Markings: Rene Dumont on the body. "France" on the left side. "M" on the right side. Other markings: "VK 6" on the left side. The body has some minor scratches and some discoloration. The unique interior design of this mouthpiece enables the player to achieve a beautiful balance of tonal clarity, depth, and flexibility with remarkably fine response and quick, lively articulation. A mouthpiece equally suited for Jazz and Classical playing. Recommended for professional player.
