    Description

    This is an early 1930s vintage homemade greeting card,
    "Greeting Card From Cape Town - South Africa - Made of Everlasting Silver Leaves From Table Mt., Sent to Remstedt Sisters - 1933,"
    the three hand-painted leaves are attached to a backing card that measures 3 3/8" x 5 1/2", and is mounted on an old "Philip Morris & Co. Ltd." tobacco box lid which measures approximately 4 1/2" x 5 3/4" [excluding the damaged end flaps].
    Condition
    : The three leaves have no notable damage; the box lid has damage (see scans). See my listings for more unusual and interesting items. All items are shipped sleeved in plastic, and sandwiched between sturdy cardboard.
